![]() Other than that, I nearly passed out in microbiology lab today. I don't know why. I was standing in the back of the room listening to the TA tell us what we were doing today and my ears suddenly clogged up, or felt like they were. Then I started to get a bit dizzy, and slowly started to lose my vision. Within a few minutes I could see a few speckles of color from people's clothing but everything else was white. Then I started to sweat like crazy out of nowhere, and my arms got REALLY heavy. I thought I was going to pass out right then and there. But luckily I didn't. When I got back to my bench I had to sit down and just sot there for a few minutes, because it wasn't as if I could do anything with my vision mostly white. It eventually got better though, although I stayed sitting down while I did the experiment just in case. I don't know what caused it, but it scared the crap out of me. I had a good birthday weekend. I'll maybe write about that a bit later, because I need to get going to class soon, but it was good. Although I didn't get much sleep. I got very little sleep really, but I ate so much. To sum Friday night up, my parents got here, we ate at IHOP[R], then went to the stupid football game (which I didn't watch, but instead insulted a bunch of ASU fans who were in the band) then we, along with another family who was staying the night, went and got Silver Mine where I just got a small sub, but along with all of that I had two sodas and a 44oz. ICEE, which I only actually drank half of. And a Reese's cup. So I was kind of freaking out about how many calories I had taken in on a single night, which I'd guess was the equivalent of about 3 or 4 days worth of calories. I went to bed at 1:30 or so, probably fell asleep at two, then was up by 8:10 the next morning. I had two chocolate muffins and a danish for breakfast (and pie, which I had up in the room) then we went to do our activity for the day. For lunch (if you want to call it that) I just had a bag of Pirate's Booty, which is actually healthy (the vending machine there only had healthy snacks). That, and probably my breakfast, possibly some of dinner the night before, was no doubt burned off since we probably walked a few miles while we were there. And then for dinner Grimaldi's, although we had to have a bit of a wait and had a hell of a hard time finding a parking spot because the game against Oregon was that night so a lot of people were eating there right before the game. |

![]() OH MY FREAKIN GAWD. OLIVIER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! AHHHHHHHHH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Okay, I...no, it isn't out of my system, but that's cool. I'll survive for now. So next week officially is Briggs and with Briggs comes Olivier! But today, oh, today. I had to hold my mouth, very tightly and bite down on my lip to prevent myself from squealing. They showed her, they showed Olivier Milla Armstrong!! I don't think I've ever seen an anime character look that bad ass in such a short amount of time, doing nothing but just sitting there. I don't know how I'm going to survive next week when she's actually going to be in the episode, talking and doing all her bad ass stuff without fainting. I'm such an Olivier fangirl, I think I might be the biggest. I can't help it, she's so awesome. She's more awesome than ANYONE else in ANY anime or manga EVER. I'd totally go lesbian for her if she was, you know, real. And possibly not as scary. But that's part of what makes her so awesome! Gah! OLIVIER!! |

| So maybe I should have done some more yesterday |
![]() On another note...well, I'm somewhat happy with myself regarding my INDV paper. Even thought they said it couldn't be written in one night, I did it. And got a C. Then I did the rewrite in about two or so hours, because I had been paying more attention to NaNo and plus I just didn't want to do it. I bumped my grade up from a C to a B, an entire ten percent by the way. There's probably so much more to say right now which I don't really have time to say because I chose to be lazy yesterday and only do like three topics on my chem homework that's due tomorrow and still has 12 topics left but will probably jump up higher after I take an assessment on it which I know will pop up and plus I waited the weekend before the chem test to start studying and it's really more the Sunday before but I only studied for like two and a half hours today and only got through one week of notes and still have four more to do. Yay for run on sentences! It's meant to be read exactly it's written, with one really long breath and fast. I started studying this morning and I have to say that reading the book actually does help. But turns out I can only study chem for like an hour before I want to kill myself because I hate it so much. I can do microbiology for around two hours, sometimes a bit more, but not chem. And that reminds me I also need to try to get some of the extra credit for microbiology that's due tomorrow done. But what was I going to say? Oh yeah, and it actually did take me about 20 seconds to remember. I was going to do one hour of studying, one hour of computer. Well, one hour of studying worked, but then episode 7 of Seiken no Blacksmith was out so I had to watch that. And it turned more into an hour and a half. Then I studied for a bit over an hour, just because I wanted to finish the one week of notes. That's about all that's gotten done. Hehe... I'm going to go eat now. Yum, soup...I've actually come to hate soup, I eat it so often, but I'm too lazy today to go out and get food (which I have to walk a half mile any one way at the least to get something that isn't McDonalds, which I refuse to eat), and all I have left in the room is soup. |

| Yay! |
![]() Today has kind of messed me up. I keep thinking tomorrow I have microbiology lab, but I have chem lab. That's because I keep thinking today is Sunday, not Wednesday. What also is messing me up is that the sun is setting so early now. I walked over to Boston Market around 4:50, got back around 5:10. I think the sun was already down by time I finished eating, around 5:50 or so, or whenever I looked out the window again. I thought it was a lot later than it was, and I was freaking out because I still haven't started my lab report that's due tomorrow. But in reality it's not even seven yet. I noticed that almost all of the anime I'm currently watching are either 12 or 13 (which is really just Setokai No Ichizon). The exceptions to that are FMA: B, Kobato and Axis Powers Hetalia, although each Hetalia episode is only 5 minutes long. So that means come about 6 more weeks time and I'll be done with the majority of my anime, right around when winter break begins. So that means I'll be able to start and finish some already completed series, or else I'll have nothing to watch except on Sundays and Tuesdays. I don't think I've updated since then, but my stuff from Japan finally came!! My parents sent it to me, and I have it, and it's awesome. I think I was most excited when I pulled out the Edward Elric figure, which I wasn't expecting because he had said he couldn't find it, but he did! It's so awesome, I actually hugged it for awhile first day I got it. And on a bit of a more serious note, chapter 101 of FMA. Wow. The entire thing was good, but I was entranced by the beginning. My lovely Olivier, how I could feel your pain! If you've read the manga, and you've read chapter 101, you know what I mean. She didn't necessarily show it, but you could tell, especially from that first expression after she got the news. There was also some very nice Royai moment. I even wrote a oneshot fic about it, which is viewable on my livejournal. I got really ahead with my novel last night. I was just hoping to hit 18k, I managed a bit over 20k. Today I haven't written too much, just under 21k right now. I'm going to write a bit more tonight, but since I'm ahead of schedule I don't have to worry about dead days.

| SRSLY? |
![]() I don't even know what the hell the point of today's chem lab was. All I know is my group was the last done, we finished a bit after noon, and I have no clue what we did. It was stupid and pointless, I don't ever see it being used in real life, whatever it was, unless you're like, a hydrologist, or something like that. Busy night for me. I haven't even started my rewrite for my race interview paper yet, and it's due tomorrow. But it probably won't get started for awhile, because I didn't get as much done for NaNo yesterday as I wanted, and I don't want to fall behind. |

![]() I don't have much else to say. I found some Choco banana Pocky last night when I was scavenging my room for something sweet. And I really want Pei Wei, but I don't know when that's going to happen. Yesterday I couldn't because I wouldn't have enough time to get it, get back to the dorm and eat it before the pre-pharmacy club meeting (which had free food anyway) and today I have astronomy club meeting, and I will probably be too lazy to bike back over to where Pei Wei is (that is, if the meeting ended at a decent time). I think tomorrow at some point I'm supposed to be meeting with my chem lab group. Oh, and I found out I didn't do as well on my lab microbiology test as I thought I had. Nowhere near as good. But he's going to be giving out a 15pt extra credit assignment, so that's good. For some stupid reason I signed up for NaNoWriMo. I'm working on something that I've had the idea of for about 5 years but never managed to get very far with it. Plus I lost the original starting version, which was about 3 pages, when my old computer completely lost everything. I'm at 7 pages right now, 4324 words, a bit ahead of schedule. However, I've been neglecting my papers/reports that need to be done. I'll get to them. Did I post on here about my schedule next semester? Can't remember. Well, I noticed something very interesting today when looking at my schedule, because I was thinking originally I finished every day at 2, but I actually finish at 6 on Wednesday because of psio lab. That thing was that all of my classes, with the exception of Japanese, are all in the same building. This is exceptionally convenient for me, especially on MWF, when I have Psio and then Pop Culture in Japan right after. Those two are even on the same floor. |

| I'm not sure what I'm getting myself into |
![]() On Friday I told myself that I would do as much homework if not more than require on Saturday, so I could be lazy on Sunday. Obviously that didn't happen. I started to work on chemistry, and I did like 2 topics, but then I got bored with it and cleaned up my dorm room, a lot. So now it looks much more organized, and I have little homework done. Luckily he extended the deadline to next Saturday instead of yesterday. I started yet another anime series, but a new one, so it's just one episode a week. Seitokai no Ichizon: Hekiyou Gakuen Seitokai Gijiroku. It's so moe, I wasn't sure if I'd be able to take it at first. But it's funny. It's kind of like Lucky Star except funnier, and way, way more moe. And then episode 5 of Nyan Koi! finally popped up subbed last night around 10, so I got to watch that. Right now I'm up to 7 currently airing series, and then Chi's Sweet Home, which I'm on episode 45 of. Hmm, my left pinky finger hurts a bit. I'd guess it's because I actually practice my violin yesterday, for the first time in a month or so, and I actually used my pinky (unintentionally, my hand was going to fast in parts of Hornpipe it kind of just fingered the open string so instead of going to it, I guess to make things easier, but I don't have the best intonation with my fourth finger.) Oh wow, I just noticed it's November, which means my b-day is coming up really soon. And then...then, I will be...old *sobs*. I never thought this day would come, but alas it is slowly approaching. |
